and my creativity will make you money. I've been writing since 3rd grade, which got me to journalism; which was accompanied with adulthood, where I first had a whiff of money. Once I learnt that writing was not the only creative product I could create, I had to make the best of it. Take a look at my evolution quest below:
When I was nothing, I was the kid married to a notepad wanting to lock the essence of everything everywhere all at once in words. I wrote and sketched everywhere I went.
Travelxp was the first media corporation that believed in me, followed by other media giants; accompanied by a Journalism degree from Delhi University. I wrote about people, places, art and culture. But the Untold Stories were an itch in my brain. I had to make them known and unforgettable; and one article in a newspaper sure as hell wasn't the way to do it.
One accidentally ingenious Nykaa ad campaign for a college assignment and I had to make sure it wasn’t an accident. I began experimenting with marketing and designing experiences. So I started blowing up music shows for my musician friends.
It’s official. OneFourSeven made me a woman in marketing. All the creative writing, lateral thinking, obsession with creating workflows, the ADHD–it all found a home: Marketing. With an MBA degree by my side, I can now create sticky, expandable ideas, understand consumers and competition and ensure my creativity drives profit
